TENGIZCHEVROIL DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR WAREHOUSE BARCODE PROJECT

In the implementation of this project the following problems were solved:

  • provision of a high rate on the radio channels;
  • coverage of the specified area;
  • possibility of simultaneously working with several clients;
  • possibility of filtering traffic and the provision of secure wireless access to controller devices;

DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS FOR AGIP KCO, KASHAGAN

In the middle of 2011 AVENCOM signed a contract with Agip KCO which included providing detailed design, procurement, assembly, start up and adjustment of the following systems:

  • ACS;
  • LAN and telephone lines;
  • Fibre optic telecommunications lines
  • TETRA radio
  • PA/GA

KAZAKHMYS BOZSHAKOL SULPHIDE PROJECT

The Bozshakol Copper Project has been targeted for development to facilitate the long term production and supply of copper concentrate for the Balkash and Zhezkazgan smelters. The Kazakhmys smelters are presently under utilised by thirty percent and the onstream production of Bozshakol in 2014 will result in a significant increase of copper production; adding over 100 000 tonnes per annum into the overall copper cathode production capabilities.

Installation of the first air-conditioner: JSC «Intergas Central Asia» decided to fit out the server room with an independent cooling system to maintain a stable
temperature.


METROETHERNET FOR KAZAKHMYS CORPORATION

Metro  Ethernet network was designed to combine the industrial areas of the metallurgical complex of Corporation Kazakhmys in two cities for the first, to ensure the rapid exchange of current information received from the automation systems and telemetry, and secondly to increase the capacity of the connection
as the Internet and the Intranet.


KPO BV KARACHAGANAK VIDEOCOFERENCE SYSTEM

Geographically located structure of the KPO b.v. (Aksai, Karachaganak field, Astana, London, parent companies’ offices) requires high-quality videoconferencing connection between offices.


BUZACHI OPERATING TOWER&WiMAX

Implementation of the project took place in two stages. First stage - Included the construction of a 43 m tower with a telecommunications container and was associated with the design and subsequent examination of the project by the authorized bodies. In the middle of summer, the assembly of the structures began on the site selected for the construction on the field. After two weeks the 43m tower with the telecommunications container were ready for commissioning. After approval by the state commission the object was successfully put into operation. With this the first phase was completed.
