KPO HVAC maintenance and operations

When the partners in Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) – BG Group, Eni, ChevronTexaco and LUKOIL – signed the 40-year Final Production Sharing Agreement with the Government of Kazakhstan in November 1997, a commitment was given to construct new facilities that would allow the Karachaganak oil to enter world markets.

After completion of phase II of the project KPO now operates the following facilities: the Karachaganak Processing Complex (KPC); the gas and liquids separation and re-injection plant - Unit 2; the gas and liquids separation plant - Unit 3; and the export pipeline Karachaganak-Bolshoi Chagan-Atyrau.

AVENCOM has been chosen to provide maintenance and operations for heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in all mentioned above facilities. A dedicated team working in shifts service climatic, ventilation, chillers and so on systems. Almost 530 units of HVAC equipment have been controlled, replaced, and repaired if needed

After the recent tender the service contract with AVENCOM was prolonged for another three years.
